We have the largest private collection of photos (250,000+) of retail properties in Northern & Central California. Our staff photographer has taken a photo of
every retail building in 284 cities and 29 counties in Northern & Central California as part of our Retail Building Database. This archive is routinely updated to include the latest building renovations and new developments.
Unlike other online street view services, our photos were taken from inside each properties lot line thus providing our clients an unobstructed view of each building. And again, unlike many of the other online services we have high quality photos of
every building in
every shopping center as well as all monument signage.
Additionally, we have amassed a large number of videos, historical photos and postcards of retail properties in Northern & Central California dating back 100+ years and we look forward to soon posting portions of our collection on Flickr, You Tube, Pinterest and Instagram. In the meantime it would be our pleasure to release specific photos from our private collection for your research purposes.

With nearly 2,000 volumes, we have assembled the largest private library devoted to the retail real estate industry. Included are such subjects as: Retail & Commercial Development, Retail & Commercial Architecture, Site Selection, Leasing, Property Management, Appraisal, Private Equity, Retail Store Development, Franchise & Chain Store Development, National Tenant Biographies, Restaurant & Retail Store History and Local Modern History of Northern & Central California. Many of these volumes date as far back as 150 years. It would be our pleasure to provide scanned copies of any excerpts from these volumes for your research purposes.

This is a wealth of information as our catalogue dates back further than most online services. Additionally, with the dawn of the digital era we have catalogued over 25,000 digital magazines and newspapers related to the real estate industry. Over the past 25 years we have catalogued and digitized over 150,000 leasing brochures, site plans, layouts and development plans. This information gives us a unique insight to the leasing history of most properties in Northern & Central California. Additionally, we have catalogued and digitized over 10,000 national retailer brochures, store layouts and site criterias. Once again giving us a unique insight to national retailer trends. Once again a distinguishing factor between our company and the brokerage community is that we have a current tenant roster of
every retail building in 284 cities and 29 counties in Northern & Central California, as part of our proprietary Retail Building Database. As this information is continuously updated, we have gathered a large amount of data on past tenants, for most retail buildings, dating as far back as 25 years. This information gives us great insight on what retail use may or may not work in any given center or area, which other online databases cannot provide as they were not even in existence when we began collecting our data.
